1. Agreement

By accessing the website at kustx.ai, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the KustX platform for personal or commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without a subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on KustX's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Specifics

KustX provides Voice AI infrastructure that includes automated voice agents, call transcription, and analytics. You understand that the accuracy of AI voice agents is not guaranteed, and you are responsible for the configuration and training of your agents to ensure they meet your business needs.

4. Billing and Payments

We use Cashfree for processing payments for our subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the billing terms and conditions of KustX and our payment processor. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which can be found in our billing portal.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the platform for:

• Violating any laws or regulations
• Transmitting any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising (spam)
• Harassing or threatening individuals
• Impersonating others without authorization
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KustX or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on KustX's website, even if KustX or a KustX authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
